A: We usually respond with a quotation within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry. For urgent requests, please call us or mention it in your email to prioritize your inquiry.
2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price confirmation, you can request samples to evaluate our quality.
If you need samples, we will charge a sample fee. However, the sample cost can be refunded after you place an order of over 500 PCS in the future.
3. How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: After you pay the sample fee and provide the confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 2-5 days.
4. Can I add my logo on the carton and stickers?
A: Yes, we offer OEM services. The MOQ for OEM is 1000 PCS, and you need to send your carton and sticker designs to us.
5. What is your MOQ?
A: Normally, we do not have an MOQ. For OEM services, the MOQ is 1000 PCS.
6. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
A: We accept PDF, PSD, EPS, CorelDRAW, and high-resolution JPG files.
7. What about the lead time for mass production?
A: The lead time depends on the order quantity and the season. Typically, it is about 15 to 20 days.
8. What are the terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the most convenient or cost-effective option for you.
For certain regions ranked as high-risk by China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, we require a 30% deposit and full payment based on goods-ready pictures or videos before delivery.
9. What are your terms of payment?
A: We accept T/T, with 30% upfront and 70% after loading or upon seeing the copy of the bill of lading. Special payment terms are negotiable.
